1. What types of DIY kits does Modenelle offer? We offer a wide variety of complete DIY kits, including:

2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your kit is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened kits in original packaging. Opened or used kits are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.

6. Are the DIY kits suitable for beginners? Yes! Most of our kits are beginner-friendly and include step-by-step instructions, video tutorials (where available), and all necessary materials. We also offer advanced kits for experienced crafters.

7. How do I care for the materials and finished projects?

  • Store unused materials in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Follow the specific instructions included in each kit (especially for resin, candles, and paints).
  • Finished projects: Avoid water/heat as recommended per material type.
